Usunięcie konta

Sposób 1: w grze (od razu)

  1. Otwórz grę i stuknij Menu (prawy górny róg mapy).
  2. Wybierz Ustawienia, a potem Szczegóły konta.
  3. Stuknij Usuń konto i dane, wpisz USUŃ i potwierdź.

Sposób 2: przez e-mail

Jeśli nie masz już gry, napisz na support@playracketcity.com z tematem „Usunięcie konta” i podaj swój nick oraz, jeśli konto było połączone z Google, adres e-mail tego konta. Możemy poprosić o potwierdzenie, że konto należy do Ciebie. Usuniemy je w ciągu 30 dni i potwierdzimy to e-mailem.

Co usuwamy

  • konto (identyfikator gościa, połączenie z Google, adres e-mail);
  • zapis gry w chmurze: postęp, ekipa, budynki, waluty, diamenty i walizki;
  • miejsce w mieście online, lokale, ranking, znajomych;
  • wiadomości czatu, zgłoszenia, historię zakupów zapisaną u nas.

Co zostaje

  • Dane zamówień w Google Play przechowuje Google zgodnie ze swoimi zasadami.
  • Kopie zapasowe serwera mogą zawierać dane do 30 dni, potem znikają.
  • Zakupione przedmioty nie wracają i nie są zwracane pieniądze za ich usunięcie.
Usunięcia nie da się cofnąć. Jeśli chcesz tylko przestać grać, możesz po prostu odinstalować grę.

Account deletion

Option 1: in the game (immediately)

  1. Open the game and tap Menu (top-right corner of the map).
  2. Choose Settings, then Account details.
  3. Tap Delete account and data, type DELETE and confirm.

Option 2: by e-mail

If you no longer have the game, write to support@playracketcity.com with the subject “Account deletion” and include your nickname and, if the account was linked with Google, that account’s e-mail address. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What we delete

  • the account (guest ID, Google link, e-mail address);
  • the cloud save: progress, crew, buildings, currencies, diamonds and cases;
  • your seat in the online city, places, leaderboard entries and friends;
  • chat messages, reports and the purchase history we store.

What is kept

  • Google Play order records are kept by Google under its own policies.
  • Server backups may contain data for up to 30 days, then it is gone.
  • Purchased items are not restored and deleting them is not refunded.
Deletion cannot be undone. If you only want to stop playing, you can simply uninstall the game.
